Maharshi Dave, CEO of FARMBridge Foundation, a social enterprise - section 8 company dedicated to strengthening rural livelihoods through sustainable agriculture, community development, and CSR partnerships. A farmer and engineer by training, he brings over a decade of experience in designing and implementing grassroots development initiatives that improve farmer incomes, enhance soil and water conservation, promote climate-resilient agriculture, and empower rural women and youth.

FARMBridge has partnered with leading organizations including Aarti Foundation, Alembic CSR Foundation, Polycab, Jubilant Bhartiya Foundation, Grasim Jan Seva Trust, Galaxy Surfactants, Crest Resins, Petronet LNG, NTPC among others, to deliver impactful CSR programs across rural communities.

Maharshi is passionate about creating scalable, community-led solutions that combine technology, knowledge, and collective action to build resilient villages and sustainable futures. His work focuses on transforming agriculture from a livelihood activity into an opportunity for prosperity, climate action, and long-term rural development.

Anjali is a Sustainability coach and composting enthusiast. She is founder of "Sunheri Mitti" which aims to create significant environmental, social, and educational impacts by promoting sustainable living and effective waste management. She's a development professional & holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA, 2013-2015). Currently she is working on corporate canteen waste management project with Jubilant Infrastructure Ltd, Plastic waste awareness and collection drives with Petronet LNG Ltd, village waste management project with Crest Resins Pvt Ltd.

Through a combination of hands-on workshops, community engagement, and digital outreach, she aspires to build a more sustainable future and inspire others to adopt eco-friendly practices. She has co-authored a book “Eco-Bliss: Incorporating mindful consumption for lasting happiness” and is a TEDx speaker under the theme 'Food, People and Planet'. She has received the 2025 Climate Change Award from the Gujarat government and the Changemakers Award from the Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi. She has conducted workshops for district administrations, institutes, schools and corporates like Godrej, ITC limited, Cummins, United Breweries, KWA Analytics.
